Welcome to RealtorX! RealtorX is a full-service consulting, editing, and posting service specifically designed for realtors looking to enhance their brand. RealtorX is the service name of MARKTR LLC.
These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between MARKTR LLC (“MARKTR LLC”, “us”, “we” or “our”), operating under the service name RealtorX, and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the RealtorX services (collectively, “Services”).
We encourage you to review this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using the RealtorX services in any way, you are agreeing to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any of the Terms, you may not use the RealtorX services.
1. Description of Services
RealtorX, the service name of MARKTR LLC, provides a comprehensive suite of consulting, editing, and posting services designed to help realtors enhance their brand. Our offerings include:
Creation of Short Form Content
Creation of Long Form Content
Social Media Posting
Consulting on Brand Strategy
Creation of Logos and Marketing Materials
Coaching on Filming Techniques
Our services are offered as a month-to-month renewable package, allowing you to choose from variable combinations of short and long-form content with tailored consulting on strategy, posting, and more.
2. Subscription-based Services
RealtorX operates on a month-to-month renewable subscription model, giving you access to our comprehensive services tailored to your needs.
Fees & Billing:
Our Service is billed on a monthly basis (“Subscription(s)”). A valid payment method, including a credit card or other accepted payment methods, is required to process the payment for your subscription. By submitting your payment information, you authorize MARKTR LLC, operating under the service name RealtorX, to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to your payment instrument.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may cancel your subscription by contacting us at nour@realtorxestate.com or anas@realtorxestate.com. Refunds are only eligible for content that has not yet been rendered or edited. Any content that has already been edited and posted is non-refundable. Refund requests must be made within 60 days of the original payment to comply with card processor requirements.
3. Using the RealtorX Service
Who Can Use It:
You must meet the basic registration requirements to use the RealtorX services.
4. Your Content
Ownership:
All intellectual property rights in the content and materials created through RealtorX remain with you, the client. MARKTR LLC, operating under the service name RealtorX, does not claim ownership of any content you provide or that is produced as a result of our services.
License to Use Your Content:
By using our services, you grant MARKTR LLC, operating under the service name RealtorX, a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purposes of providing the Services.
5. Payments for Services
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. MARKTR LLC, operating under the service name RealtorX, reserves the right to change products and product pricing at any time. In our judgment, if your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we may require additional verification.
6. Amendments
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any revisions by posting them to the website. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions. By using the Website or RealtorX services provided by MARKTR LLC, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, you are not authorized to use or access the RealtorX Services.
