Identity & Access
When you sign up with RealtorXEstate, we collect basic information like your name, email, and possibly your company name. This helps us personalize your account and keep you updated with essential information. Occasionally, we might send you optional surveys to help us improve our services. With your permission, we’ll also send you our newsletter and updates. Your personal information is never sold or used in marketing without your consent.

Billing Information
For paid services, we’ll ask for your payment details and billing address. Your credit card information goes directly to our payment processor and never touches RealtorXEstate servers. We keep a record of transactions, including the last four digits of your card, for account history, invoicing, and fraud prevention. Your billing address is used for service charges, tax calculations, invoicing, and detecting fraud.

Product Interactions
We store the content you upload, receive, or maintain in your RealtorXEstate account so you can use our products as intended. This content is kept as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we’ll remove the content within 60 days.

Geolocation Data
We log the full IP address used when creating your account and for each login to help with security and prevent fraud. This information is stored as long as your account is active.

Website Interactions
We collect data about your browsing activity for analytics and statistical purposes. This includes your browser type, operating system, IP address, and pages visited. If you’re signed in, this data is tied to your account until it’s no longer active.

Anti-Bot Assessments
We use CAPTCHA to protect against spam and brute-force attacks. This service assesses data like your IP address and mouse movements to ensure you’re a human user. RealtorXEstate only receives the final spam score, not the raw data.

Voluntary Correspondence
If you contact RealtorXEstate for support or with questions, we’ll keep your correspondence to help with any future inquiries. We also store any additional information you voluntarily provide, such as survey responses or interview consent.

Providing Services
